Rebirth of a city's flagship office park.

Client: City of Riverside, Ohio /Services: Branding, Digital, Marketing

Challenge

When the City of Riverside made the investment to acquire the 5100 & 5200 Springfield St. office park, they knew that it would require some strategic moves and rebranding to make the office park more attractive. Despite its great location, the office park had been poorly marketed and prospective tenants were overlooking this gem.

Approach

Working with the City and their Business Development team, B63 set out to rebrand the buildings as the Wright Point Office Park. After creating a distinctive new brand, the team began to carefully weave it into marketing materials and a freshly designed website.
